The Smith-Rhoades team at Banksouth Mortgage was Great to work with! Recently, I was fortunate enough to be a buyers agent during this transaction. Will and Rebecca, were with us every step of the way. They helped the buyer feel very comfortable and explained everything to him that he asked in easy to understand terms. They were patient, Time efficient and delightful to work with through the entire process. They saved a lot of stress on our end, even when the closing date was moved up… They Made the transaction seamless. I would recommend working with this team whenever possible!

I was beyond satisfied with the service I received! Nic was extremely attentive & always provided a quick response whenever I had a question. Nic also provided exceptional guidance during the entire process before closing day. As a first time homebuyer the whole process is a bit overwhelming but when you have the right guidance it makes a work of a difference.

Where do I begin?? Bank south was truly amazing. There were super efficent and their communication was on point! Whenever they needed documentation from myself or my fiance, they made sure to communicate with the both of us and were clear with what was being requested. Any question we had was answered in a timely manner and they made sure to follow up with us at every turn. The website they used to have of e-sign and upload our documents was so easy to use and it made our closing process so easy. I would love to do business with them again. My fiancé and I are in our new home and loving how easy the transition was to becoming new homeowners for the very first time and during the holidays no less! I want to thank Laura, Nic, William and the entire Brown team at Bank south, thank you all so much!

I had an excellent experience working with the Brown Team at Bank South. As my lease was nearing expiration, I needed to expedite the closing process for a smooth transition to homeownership. The team assured me that they could make it happen, and they did within three weeks! Being a first-time homebuyer, the process was daunting, but the team's professionalism, responsiveness, and support made it much easier. They ensured that I understood each step, making the underwriting phase manageable. Special thanks to William Riley for his assistance in obtaining the necessary documentation for gift funds in the correct format. I am highly satisfied with Bank South and will recommend them to my family and friends.
