What made you decide on a career with BankSouth Mortgage?
I've always been interested in finance and the role it plays in helping people achieve their goals. After earning my degree in Finance and spending several years in sales leadership, I wanted to deepen my knowledge of the banking industry while helping families navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Becoming a mortgage loan officer allowed me to combine my passion for finance with the opportunity to help homebuyers and homeowners make confident, informed decisions.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
One of the accomplishments I'm most proud of is earning the trust of families within Gwinnett County's Spanish-speaking community. The mortgage process can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time homebuyers or families who may be more comfortable communicating in Spanish. Being able to educate, support, and guide clients through the home financing process while helping them achieve their homeownership goals has been incredibly rewarding.
What do your clients appreciate most about working with you?
Clients often tell me they appreciate how accessible and responsive I am throughout the mortgage process. Whether they're purchasing a home, refinancing, or simply exploring their options, I believe people deserve timely answers and clear communication. My goal is to make sure clients always know what to expect and feel supported from application to closing.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy playing soccer, working out, traveling, trying new restaurants, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
