Why did you decide on your career?
Many lenders say that when they started working in the mortgage industry, they had no expectation for it to evolve into a career. It seems that once you get into it you do not get out. This applied to me. I did not intend for it to be my career but I absolutely fell in love with it. It is very rewarding to be involved with homeownership. You see the joys and achievement it brings to families.

On the weekends I enjoy cooking. I love to eat and cooking different cuisines. I also enjoy sailing our Hobie Cat and fishing off the back. I take in a concert any chance I get.

I can't say enough good things about Kristy. I made the mistake of selecting a different lender for a mortgage on a Townhouse I was purchasing. After several miss steps and a feeling of being neglected and disrespected by the lender, I called Kristy and asked for her help. And she delivered. Every mortgage I've ever signed had some sort of hang up until I worked with Kristy and BankSouth. It was perfect and easy from start to finish. Kristy and all her team members were the personification of professionalism. She was responsive, kind, witty, and a peerless communicator. I can assure you that if you need a mortgage you will not be disappointed with Kristy and BankSouth.

Kristy Ragsdale is top notch. I was having trouble with another lender and called her to see if she could help out. She told me should would and she was 100% correct. I have never dealt with a more responsive, intelligent, and well spoken professional in my life. I wish everyone could do their job as well as Mrs. Ragsdale does hers, life would be so much easier.
