Buying a house is stressful to say the least but dealing with Preston and his team made it a little less stressful I’m a first time homebuyer they walked me through the process and answered the 1000s of questions I had, I highly recommend this company and have referred a few of my friends. Kristy gave great customer care and advice through this entire process. She proved over and beyond that she wanted to earn my business and I value that. She took so much time explaining the details of the loan and offered me the best bang for my buck. No one wants to buy a house in this economy, but sometimes you just have to do what you have to do. As a first time home owner, she gave me the care and time I needed. I highly recommend Kristy and Banksouth based on my experience.

Kristy did any excellent job from the first day we connected for our new home. She went out of her way to make the process user friendly and reasonable. Stephanie worked with us personally, and was amazing. Application of a loan can be quite stressful, but this process was made so much easier by her personal communications. They were times when she would reach out to us when important documents had to be signed. Moreover, we were conducting the entire business remotely And without her help it would not have been a good experience.

Nikki was very helpful to me. When I spoke with her and told her my situation she worked very expeditiously to review my documents and get them over to underwriting. She was the turning point to me being able to put an offer in on my home before anyone else could. During the process she was always available when I had questions or needed something from her. Hands down the most personal and supportive experience I have ever had financing a home. Due to the volatility and competitiveness in the buyer's side of the market, several time sensitive tasks were necessary to acquire the home I chose. Ms. Schretter accomplished all of these in a timely manner with much of that work occurring after normal work hours, on weekends and holidays. I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend.

Where do I even begin? I first connected with Nic when I was considering purchasing a townhome. From our very first conversation, I knew I had found the right lender. Preston was knowledgeable, responsive, and practical throughout the process. He helped explain the loan options clearly, including the portfolio loan structure, rate options, seller credits, closing costs, and final cash-to-close expectations. I also appreciated that he stayed engaged through the final stretch of closing when several details needed to be clarified quickly. Overall, I am grateful for Preston’s professionalism, experience, and support. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable local lender who can handle a more detailed or time-sensitive mortgage transaction.
