Stephanie worked with us personally, and was amazing. Application of a loan can be quite stressful, but this process was made so much easier by her personal communications. They were times when she would reach out to us when important documents had to be signed. Moreover, we were conducting the entire business remotely And without her help it would not have been a good experience.

Nikki was very helpful to me. When I spoke with her and told her my situation she worked very expeditiously to review my documents and get them over to underwriting. She was the turning point to me being able to put an offer in on my home before anyone else could. During the process she was always available when I had questions or needed something from her. Hands down the most personal and supportive experience I have ever had financing a home. Due to the volatility and competitiveness in the buyer's side of the market, several time sensitive tasks were necessary to acquire the home I chose. Ms. Schretter accomplished all of these in a timely manner with much of that work occurring after normal work hours, on weekends and holidays. I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend.

Where do I even begin? I first connected with Nic when I was considering purchasing a townhome. From our very first conversation, I knew I had found the right lender. He communicated clearly, took the time to understand my unique situation as a business owner, and gave me complete confidence in his ability to guide me through the process. Although I wasn't able to purchase a home during that time due to a variety of circumstances, Nic never gave up. My situation was a little more complex because I was purchasing a home in Savannah while currently living and working overseas, and there were many details to coordinate around income verification, documentation, timing, closing, and communication across time zones. Preston was knowledgeable, responsive, and practical throughout the process. He helped explain the loan options clearly, including the portfolio loan structure, rate options, seller credits, closing costs, and final cash-to-close expectations. I also appreciated that he stayed engaged through the final stretch of closing when several details needed to be clarified quickly. Overall, I am grateful for Preston’s professionalism, experience, and support. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable local lender who can handle a more detailed or time-sensitive mortgage transaction.

As an Army family using a VA loan during a PCS move, we needed someone who understood both the mortgage process and the unique challenges that can come with military timelines. Carla absolutely delivered. I shopped multiple lenders before making a decision, and Carla not only matched the best rate we found, but also brought something even more valuable — great communication, personal attention, and strong local knowledge of the area. She was incredibly responsive throughout the process, answering questions quickly and making herself available whenever we needed her. She explained rates, costs, and all the numbers in a way that was easy to understand, which made the process feel much less stressful. I started to work with Nic Smith and Luiggi Amoretti around April 1st and let me tell you, both guys are AMAZING!! They communicated fast and even helped my buyer with an FHLB program that got his closing cost as well as his down-payment covered. I highly suggest to all future home owners to give them a try, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Working with Kristy Ragsdale was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her communication was outstanding, and she was always available whenever we needed her.
