My wife and I worked with Stephanie A. Haase and Jennie Morataya on both the construction loan and the permanent mortgage on our new dream home. They were both awesome to work with. From the beginning (construction loan) the process went very smoothly, any questions we had were promptly answered and things could not have turned out any better. During the construction process our construction management administrator (Mathew Bergen) was very quick to respond in scheduling inspections and making funds available for draws on the loan. Later on, during the processing and finalizing of the permanent mortgage Stephanie kept us updated on almost a daily basis. I would highly recommend BankSouth for either a construction loan, or a mortgage.

Cyndi is a wonderful loan officer! She really cares about her clients and ensures their best interests are in mind. She helped make sure that we got a good rate, limited our out-of-pocket costs, and ran multiple scenarios to help ensure we had a payment that worked well for us. She was already quick to respond and call us when it was something that was time sensitive. We were able to close on our home in just under three weeks which is an amazing timeline for a VA loan. Jennifer is a superb loan officer! When buying a home, she helped us through it all! Jennifer quickly gave us a simple stance on how the loan process would go, making everything go smoothly and efficiently. She got the ball rolling in just a day of meeting her. You can always count on Cale to knock it out of the park! A recent Client had been Pre-Approved with two companies and was in the process of comparing them. As he was deciding to go with Cale he joked that in comparing the two loan officers, "Cale was much more... responsive." I say "joked", because it was an absolute night and day difference on the Communication Front! And the really great thing is that Cale maintains a high level of communication THROUGHOUT the Transaction, NOT just on the front end to win the business.
