Brian provided me with great advice about my home loan and did not low ball me my loan is within my budget, he provided ideas towards the closing cost for my home purchase, and he was available to speak to within reason.

We were a bit nervous when we started looking for a house because this was our first house buying experience. But we were very lucky, first because we could meet a great realtor, and second because we could meet Brian through the realtor! To begin with, he's a very nice person - you can really tell from his voice and the way he speaks on the phone. Indeed, he's very professional, supportive and responsive. We often emailed him to ask questions, then he always replied quickly, and on top of that, he always called us to make sure to explain it thoroughly and avoid misunderstanding. Importantly, his program is really competitive, and we could have very nice rate. This is also because we believed his advice about the rate predication. Well, the issue is, he is the only lender that we know, so we can't really tell you how better he is compared with other lenders, but we believe he's the best! By any chance, if we plan to buy a new home in the future, Brian will be our first and only choice. We have no hesitation in recommending him for your lender!
