Jennifer was amazing throughout our house buying process. Her patience was a real standout when our original financing had to be diverted to other expenses and we went dark for a few months. Kristy did any excellent job from the first day we connected for our new home. She went out of her way to make the process user friendly and reasonable. Stephanie worked with us personally, and was amazing. Application of a loan can be quite stressful, but this process was made so much easier by her personal communications. They were times when she would reach out to us when important documents had to be signed. Moreover, we were conducting the entire business remotely And without her help it would not have been a good experience.

Nikki was very helpful to me. When I spoke with her and told her my situation she worked very expeditiously to review my documents and get them over to underwriting. She was the turning point to me being able to put an offer in on my home before anyone else could. During the process she was always available when I had questions or needed something from her. Nikki was also very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. Her expertise in her scope of practice was exceptional. I recommend her highly. Thank you Nikki for all of your help.

Hands down the most personal and supportive experience I have ever had financing a home. Due to the volatility and competitiveness in the buyer's side of the market, several time sensitive tasks were necessary to acquire the home I chose. Ms. Schretter accomplished all of these in a timely manner with much of that work occurring after normal work hours, on weekends and holidays. I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend.

He helped explain the loan options clearly, including the portfolio loan structure, rate options, seller credits, closing costs, and final cash-to-close expectations. I also appreciated that he stayed engaged through the final stretch of closing when several details needed to be clarified quickly. Overall, I am grateful for Preston’s professionalism, experience, and support.
