BankSouth Mortgage Welcomes Jenny Terrell as VP, Producing Production Manager of the Athens Branch

BankSouth Mortgage is excited to welcome Jenny Terrell as the new Vice President, Producing Production Manager and Loan Officer at its Athens branch. Jenny, an Athens resident since 1996 and a University of Georgia alumna, brings to her new role 20 years of mortgage lending expertise coupled with a deep-rooted understanding of the local real estate market.

Before her mortgage career, Jenny was a familiar voice in Athens as a morning radio host on Magic 102.1. Her transition to mortgage lending has been marked by significant achievements, including being honored as the “2016 Business Affiliate of the Year” by the Athens Area Association of Realtors. Beyond her professional endeavors, Jenny is actively involved in the community as a Board Member of the Piedmont Athens Regional Foundation and a proud affiliate member of both the Athens Area Association of Realtors and the Athens Women’s Council of Realtors.

Joining her at BankSouth Mortgage are Danielle Wisz, Loan Officer Assistant, and April Watson, Processing/Underwriting Specialist. This dynamic trio, with nearly 15 years of collaborative experience, is renowned for their tailored approach in providing mortgage financing solutions, with Jenny actively at the forefront of origination.
