Bio of Jenny Terrell

Jenny Terrell is an accomplished mortgage loan officer who made Athens home in 1996 by attending the University of Georgia and deciding she never wanted to leave.  Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UGA.  Prior to her mortgage career, you might have heard Jenny's voice as a morning radio host on the much-loved Athens station, Magic 102.1.

We started working with Jenny and Danielle to buy our first home beginning in March of 2022, and although the housing market didn't cooperate for a while, we couldn't have asked for better support from their team. Jenny was easy to get in touch with and talked us through financial questions and concerns multiple times, and Danielle was always quick to give detailed and informed responses when we had questions about our mortgage application or working out costs. We received consistent status updates from the team as we approached closing, and because of their diligence in collecting documents and information from us up front, underwriting went through without a hitch. Our closing attorney even mentioned being impressed with how quickly he received information from the BOE team on closing day. We couldn't be happier with our experience, and would recommend that anybody who needs a lender reach out to Jenny.

Jenny, Danielle, and their team helped my husband and I purchase our first home. From start to finish, they worked to find the best solution for us. They ran what seemed like endless scenarios to help us understand what would be best for us in the short run and the long run. They were patient with any and all questions I had. They were quick to respond and I felt confident that I was getting a well researched and vetted answer every time. In addition to helping with mortgage specific questions, they helped suggest possible agreement terms that could make our offers more attractive to sellers. In the back and forth negotiations of our purchase, they caught a few opportunities to make sure we were getting the most out of the deal as possible! There were no surprises along the way and when it was time for closing, I felt 100% confident that I had gone the best route with their help and guidance. I would recommend them to any home buyer whether it's their first or fiftieth home! Seriously, give them a call!

Jenny was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, which was exactly what I needed as a first-time homebuyer. She and her team were also very efficient and fast, which helped me to be competitive in a tough market. Highly recommend!

Jenny and her team at BOE made refinancing our home an easy and wonderful decision. She returns phone calls and emails promptly and manages the process completely. This is the second time we have used Jenny's services and I recommend her to anyone who asks!

I cannot say enough about our experience with Jenny Terrell and her team at Bank of England Mortgage!! My husband and I had been trying to refinance our house for a while using a different lender, but the process was almost painful. We were so happy we reached out to Jenny for help. She immediately got to work and had the process rolling that very day. We couldn't believe how much faster the process was, how much more user friendly the website was, how organized and easy it was to upload documents and e-sign, not to mention the professionalism she and her whole team have. I will tell everyone I know that needs a mortgage or refinance to give her a call! (note: this was the 5th time we've needed a mortgage/refinance, so we aren't new to the process. This was BY FAR the easiest one we've ever done).

I have worked with Jenny on MULTIPLE mortgages. Both my own home and investment properties. She has always been attentive to my needs, She answers all requests cheerfully and expediently. I don't think you can find a better person in the industry to work with. She EVEN helped my sister with a out of state refi- seamlessly. Great lady. no complaints.
