Assisted with addtional items for my closing. Made everything smoother than expected so I am very grateful. From the beginning (construction loan) the process went very smoothly, any questions we had were promptly answered and things could not have turned out any better. During the construction process our construction management administrator (Mathew Bergen) was very quick to respond in scheduling inspections and making funds available for draws on the loan. Later on, during the processing and finalizing of the permanent mortgage Stephanie kept us updated on almost a daily basis.
