What accomplishments are you most proud of?

I have extensive knowledge and experience with all loan types - VA, FHA, USDA and conventional. I also have years of experience with NON QM loans such as Bank Statement loans, Investor cash flow loans and Asset qualifier. I I have the ability to find ways to make difficult loans work. Especially ones that have been turned down by other lenders. If a loan is doable I will find a way to make it work. If I can’t do it, I will find someone that can do it.

What makes you different than others in your profession?

It’s important for me that my clients feel that I went above and beyond to help them realize their dream of homeownership. That I was available to answer questions when other loan officers are not working. I want my clients to feel that mitigated the stress on their behalf and made the process feel easy.

What skill or talent most people don’t know about you?

I spent 15 years in the restaurant industry with the majority of that as a chef.

Bio of Aaron Sharp

Aaron is a seasoned loan officer with 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He was born and raised in Savannah, GA, and comes from a military family, with his father serving in the Army for 20 years. He studied Business Management at Georgia State University and specializes in VA loans, driven by his affinity for Veterans and active duty military. Aaron's wife, Catherine, has also been in the military for 17 years.

Aaron made the process of buying a home easy!! Definitely would suggest all home buyers use Aaron for your mortgage needs. He set expectations of the process and was spot on with everything that happened, so there were no surprises.

Aaron was super attentive and the process was smooth and easy. Even after a year he still keeps in contact. I have purchased 3 homes and must say with Aaron the process was much better. Don't hesitate to use him!

Aaron answered all my questions along the way, helped me figure out that I'd save $100 a month going conventional vs FHA with my situation, and talked me through the draft process with the mortgage itself. He was proactive and followed up with me when I missed a couple of documents for the underwriters, makung sure everything stayed on schedule for my closing.

Aaron did an excellent job , we even closed early ( and in under 30 days!!) , and we didnt have a simple situation -Aaron was on top of anything that came up . We are very pleased with our experience .

Aaron Sharp was able to do what others could not. I tried to get a mortgage for 2 years and finally I found Veterans United and Aaron made it happen. Great guy and very helpful.

They were very expedient, and very thorough. I found the house in february, and closed at the end of the month. I had no hang ups while working with them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying the house.

One of the best lenders I have had the pleasure to work with. It is not very common to find a lender as honest as Aaron. His passion to fight for his clients is another reason I will not use another lender.
