I wouldn't trust anyone other than Chris to handle navigating the loan qualification process. I have had loan processors at large banks fail on me the day before closing. Once I met Chris, I decided I'd never work with another officer. He goes above and beyond in both availability and financial acumen. He was available for any and all conversations regarding our financing questions, and would always provide multiple scenarios for us so that we could make informed financial decisions. He even took the time to show up at our closing and support us through the entire process. I will continue to work with Chris on all of my real estate transactions going forward. Can't say enough good things about him.
