William is a Loan Officer with a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. He was born and raised in Atlanta, and attended The Lovett School and The University of Georgia, where he lettered in Baseball. After college, he worked in accounting for three years before transitioning to residential real estate. Since 2009, he has worked as a sales agent and associate broker for Dorsey Alston, Realtors, achieving the status of Top Producer Life Member of the Atlanta Association of Realtors.
William has also spent years in the mortgage business and worked in multiple states. He has a unique perspective on the industry, having worked with buyers on the real estate side. He understands the importance of the relationship between the client and their mortgage banker and works hard to ensure his clients feel comfortable and trust him completely.
Aside from his work in real estate, William is also very involved in his community. He participates in various charities and hobbies and has received numerous awards and honors for his work. He is married to his wife Kohler and has three children: Will, Sutton, and Walker.
What sets William apart as a mortgage banker is his extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. He grew up learning about the industry from his father, who was a real estate broker and loan officer. William aims for his clients to say that he listens to their needs, communicates every step of the loan process to them, and works tirelessly to help them achieve their desired outcomes as if they are his sole priority.
