Professionally, Ivan is a passionate mortgage specialist fluent in Spanish and English. He can often be found navigating the streets of Gwinnett in his Jeep Gladiator on his way to meet a first-time buyer somewhere like Starbucks or the White Windmill Bakery & Cafe or share a meal with a real estate agent, usually at a favorite of his, Alebrije Mexican restaurant, making deals happen on a daily basis. Ivan's smile radiates positivity to everyone he meets. He has a knack for staying calm during stressful moments – perhaps it's his warm Colombian roots shining through. As a 10-year-old child in Bogota, Colombia, he dreamed of being a professional soccer player at Barcelona FC. He loved that everyone in the sport plays their best to win, but it's a collective effort that stretches your team to excel above all others. At the age of 15, Ivan moved to Lawrenceville, Georgia. Throughout his high school years at [ Collins Hill High School], he enjoyed playing soccer for the [Eagles]. He went on to further his education at Toccoa Falls College and Georgia State University, pursuing a business degree, and soon after, completed his Master of Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology. He was later recruited to join the mortgage industry because of his natural ability to connect with people and selflessly serve others. He is proud of a couple of major titles he achieved as Top Rookie of the year in 2021 and a President’s Club Member for 2022.
