I have had a number of mortgage loans in the past, and most of those were problematic because of the mountains of details handled in a slipshod manner. What a difference at BankSouth! I worked with Kristy Raggsdale’s team in one of the smoothest and most professionally executed transactions I have ever experienced. The website and processes run smoothly, but the secret of success for BankSouth is Kristy Raggsdale. She is the most personable, professional, and highly effective bank executive I have met. Questions that had not even come up yet were answered in advance as she strolled me effortlessly through the loan. It seemed as though I was her only project because she was always up to date on every detail. BankSouth, I hope you appreciate the difference Kristy makes to your organization.
