My mom & I started searching for houses over the summer having 0 knowledge of the market and thinking we should wait another year after a church friend referred us to Ivan and his team . Ivan and his team went out of his way to make sure we understood everything without feeling pressured. They also went out of their way to get us the best possible options to match our financial situation. In the end we ended up getting a house we never thought we would qualify for in the first place.
