I started to work with Nic Smith and Luiggi Amoretti around April 1st and let me tell you, both guys are AMAZING!! They communicated fast and even helped my buyer with an FHLB program that got his closing cost as well as his down-payment covered. I highly suggest to all future home owners to give them a try, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

The Smith-Rhoades team at Banksouth Mortgage was Great to work with! Recently, I was fortunate enough to be a buyers agent during this transaction. Will and Rebecca, were with us every step of the way. They helped the buyer feel very comfortable and explained everything to him that he asked in easy to understand terms. They were patient, Time efficient and delightful to work with through the entire process. I was beyond satisfied with the service I received! Nic was extremely attentive & always provided a quick response whenever I had a question.
