From time to time, we have clients that cross our paths that make a lasting impression.

I had a young man come to me wanting to buy a home. he was motivated to do whatever was needed to get into a position to qualify for a home loan. Seeing his earnestness, I laid out the plan for him but wondered if he would see the process through.  He stuck to it precisely and within 90 days he was handed the keys to his new home.  I remember this young man because he didn’t fit into my usual “clientele”.  His circumstances were a bit different but his determination and eagerness was what made him so memorable.  He had a goal, recognized he needed assistance and then followed through.  I wanted to share that story with you to tell you that you truly don’t know if you can buy a house until you work with a professional  From there, follow the game plan laid out and trust the process. Sometimes it can take a month, sometimes it might take six months but it’s worth the work you put in to be able to have a space you call home.
