During the year in building my new home, Teresa Downey was instrumental in guiding me through the financial side of my new home. Anyone who has bought a home knows there are a million things to sign and as in my case, I had a million questions. If you don’t believe me, ask Teresa. She answered every one and in a timely manner. Her answers were quick, and clear enough for even me to understand. There is nothing more important than information in whatever you do. And Teresa ensured I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable and financially safe in my mortgage decisions. I would recommend her services, with Bank South, to anyone who wants to finance a home or car or whatever.

Anne is very knowledgeable and great at looking at the big picture to keep your costs at a minimum! Highly recommend her for great smart and caring service!! She got us a great rate in a time when the rates are so high and made our closing happen quickly and seamlessly. She stayed on top of all the things that needed to be taken care of in order to be able to move quickly. She and her team were absolutely amazing!!!

Bart was so helpful during this entire process. I came into this with limited knowledge of home buying, but he made it simple and enjoyable. He answered any of my questions immediately. Andrea is absolutely wondering and was able to make our home buying experience very easy and seamless. She is very knowledgeable and was able to help us with every question that we had. She always kept us up to date on every thing we needed to close on our home. She also worked very hard to get us locked in a great rate for our loan which was absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy a home!
