This information is calculated from actual locked rates with customers across 35% of all mortgage transactions nationwide.

Just closed on a condo and Colony Bank did an exceptional job. Everyone at the Bank was on top of their game, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. None of the usual problems or last minute hic-ups - closing went exactly like any borrower would wish. I highly recommend Colony Bank for a hassle free mortgage experience.

My husband and I worked with Alan back in 2015 when we purchased our first home and now again in January of 2020 on our mortgage loan for our forever home. Alan has always been extremely quick, easy to work with, very organized and communication is always steady and open. Alan worked hard to get us an awesome interest rate every time. Both of our experiences have been smooth and beyond perfect. As long as Alan is around we will not use anyone else!

Alan and his team made purchasing my new home extremely easy. I was moving from Louisiana to Georgia on a very short timeline. I had used the same mortgage company for 10 years and was nervous going with someone new, especially since I was 13 hours away. Alan and his team made everything easy. People like to say communication is key and I agree with that. There is no better lender that communicates like Alan and his team. Every. Single. Step. There was an email, a text, a phone call letting us know what was going on with our loan and what we needed to do submit to keep moving forward. Smoothest Mortgage process I’ve ever had.
