Kristy from BankSouth was outstanding throughout our whole mortgage process as we purchased a new build from Traton Homes. They are one of their preferred lenders, but after working with Kristy, I would use BankSouth for any transaction. She effortlessly walked us through all scenarios and answered any questions we had with ease. She even helped simulate and get my credit score up to a higher tier so we could lower our costs/rate and proactively recommended things along the way to save us money/protect us when rates were becoming less certain. Overall 10/10 experience and would highly recommend BankSouth for your next mortgage!
