This was our first home buying experience and Robert made the process so easy! The Banksouth website is so easily accessible and usable, then Robert and his team were available at all times to help us. He's highly knowledgeable and offers a variety of options as well as his informed opinions. I can't recommend him enough!

Robert is the high octane, high energy performer that I didn’t know I needed. He was available to work with me later in the evening after I got off work. He also worked at a rapid and fast pace with the local (state) agency to apply and qualify for special state programs. Robert’s knowledge, experience and expertise was invaluable to making the whole interaction a smooth transaction. Also being a first time buyer, I relied on that him quite a bit. Overall, I’m grateful to him and my agent for having a great understanding and relationship that made the first time experience as stress free as it can be; would Definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Robert and his team were absolutely amazing! They worked around the clock for me and my wife to make our first home buying experience as easy as possible. I highly recommend Robert Hendley to anyone needing a loan officer. Patient, kind, and understanding are just a few ways to describe Mr. Hendley. He always took the time to explain and educate me which led me to feeling more comfortable among his trustworthiness. I felt as though I was treated as a friend or family member by Robert as he would go out of his way to check in with me or to even to take responsibility for others' delays or mishaps. I am so thankful for his support and assistance throughout a major decision and occurrence in my life and would suggest to anyone to consider Robert Hendley as their loan officer as well.
