This information is calculated from actual locked rates with customers across 35% of all mortgage transactions nationwide.

You can always count on Cale to knock it out of the park! A recent Client had been Pre-Approved with two companies and was in the process of comparing them. As he was deciding to go with Cale he joked that in comparing the two loan officers, "Cale was much more... responsive." I say "joked", because it was an absolute night and day difference on the Communication Front!
And the really great thing is that Cale maintains a high level of communication THROUGHOUT the Transaction, NOT just on the front end to win the business. Whether Calls or Emails, he's professional, personable, and knowledgeable.
