Bio of William Sartain

William is a Loan Officer with a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. He was born and raised in Atlanta, and attended The Lovett School and The University of Georgia, where he lettered in Baseball. After college, he worked in accounting for three years before transitioning to residential real estate. Since 2009, he has worked as a sales agent and associate broker for Dorsey Alston, Realtors, achieving the status of Top Producer Life Member of the Atlanta Association of Realtors.

William was GREAT all around. Can't recommend him enough. He served as our realtor in the past and gave excellent service and contractor recommendations. As our loan officer, he reached out to us when the timing was perfect for us to get a great rate. We had discussed in the past that we'd like to refinance at some point. William reached out to us when the time was right and reduced our mortgage by $1000/month. If you're looking for a loan officer, he's the man! 💯👍

A biased review since I consider William to be a friend, but I know he approaches everyone with the same warmth and friendliness upfront and a understated brilliance and cunning getting the best possible outcome for my specific situation - an inverse mullet: its a party up front, professionalism in the back.

This was my first construction loan and it was a tricky one for multiple reasons. Will and his team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They explained all the ins and outs before construction so when the time came it was easy to understand and navigate. When choosing a lender, my main wants were someone that was able to be reached, communicate effectively and timely and someone i thought was truly working on my behalf. Will did all of these and some. He ALWAYS took the call and searched answers when I had questions, and there were lots. Will is a true pro and i cant recommend him enough. Well done Will and team.

William was very personable. He was always available to answer questions or provide insight into the best financing options for our particular needs. He also made sure that if he was out of the office, that we were taken care of. I also appreciated the app and how in real time we were notified of any outstanding tasks. It was very easy to use and easy to complete each step.
