You know, you always hear about how the loan process can be difficult to deal with. But Reina made it a great experience; always there to answer questions and concerns promptly. She made it a straightforward process. Now, for the hard part..moving!!

As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for someone better to work with. Reina was very attentive, no matter what time of day I had questions or needed guidance. Even when some quirks of our new condo building caused us to have to pivot halfway through the process, we were still able to keep to our original closing schedule with minimal stress for us, thanks to Reina and her team.
