What accomplishments you’re most proud of?

Raising three successful children and building a successful business after being a stay-at-home mom.

What is your biggest success professionally. Why was it a big success?

My first Gold Award! That’s when I realized I had become a success in the mortgage business.

What makes you different than others in your profession?

I have a lot of empathy and I am motivated by a desire to help others. I genuinely enjoy each transaction for the happiness it brings my clients.

What do you enjoy doing on weekends?

Spending time with family (especially my new granddaughter!), volunteering with Angels Among Us Pet Rescue and trying new restaurants with friends.

What organizations have you been active in (career-related and nonprofit)?

Roswell Presbyterian Church, Angels Among Us Pet Rescue, Family Promise, Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia

Do you have any skills or talents that most people don't know about?

I speak conversational French—would not call myself fluent! I also foster dogs.

If you could be anywhere other than your home state, where would you want to be? Why?

Folly Beach! I’m a beach person and it’s our happy place. We vacation there and have wonderful memories – and it’s a short drive into the Holy City, Charleston!

Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What do you want to be when you grow up? Why?

I wanted to run my father’s company. He was very successful and I wanted to follow in his footsteps.

Paige has been in the mortgage industry for 17 years and a Mortgage Bankers Association Gold Award winner for multiple years. Her approach to helping customers determine the right loan is simple; she treats each client as if they’re her only client. Paige maintains a thorough knowledge of industry and product-specific guidelines and prioritizes attending professional development and continuing education courses. From first-time homebuyers to retirees, Paige helps her clients accomplish the goal of homeownership and refinance by guiding them through each step of the loan process while keeping it as stress-free as possible.

There are no words to express the thanks we have for Paige!! We came here from PA, not knowing anyone . She made us feel like one of her family 🙏🏻 Texting, calling, emails, we were always informed of the next move we needed to make. If we were buying another home, I would want Paige right be our side for everything! Truly the Best there is!!! Thank you seems like such a small thing to say, but here I go… Thank you Paige!! Paige was amazing for us through the loan process. We moved from Pennsylvania and didn't know anyone or anything here in Georgia. She took care of everything with no questions ask. We would recommend her for anyone needing a loan. Simply the Best!! Thank you🙏🏻

I am a retired corporate executive. I have always insisted on clarity and communication. I am not very tolerant of those who do not respond in a timely fashion. I cannot remember any dealings with any individuals who were more on top of the situation than Paige Seibert. Bank South should be greatful to have such a competent, responsible employee. From our first communication to today's closing I knew that Paige had my best interests front and center.

My experience with BankSouth and Paige was great from start to finish. The very first time I spoke to Paige she was very helpful and made sure that I understood everything that was happening. Paige made my purchase comfortable for me and everything went smoothly; at my closing I wasn't confused by the language of the disclosure because Paige had taken the time to review it with me line by line explaining every column as we reviewed it. I would gladly recommend Paige and her team at BankSouth to anyone that is ready to purchase a home, they were all awesome.

As a first-time home buyer, I cannot recommend Paige enough. She was very insightful and gave thorough explanations for every question I had. She provided numbers on request any time I asked for updated numbers and explained any adjustments that occurred. As someone who is very thorough with doing homework before making a decision, I was super thankful for the help Paige was able to provide to make sure my wife and I were as comfortable as possible with our decision. If you are looking for a loan officer who has plenty of experience and is both knowledgeable and passionate about helping home buyers, definitely give Paige a call!

Paige with Bank South was so helpful to us as first time homebuyers. She was informative, professional, and friendly.
