Why did you decide on your career?
Many lenders say that when they started working in the mortgage industry, they had no expectation for it to evolve into a career. It seems that once you get into it you do not get out. This applied to me. I did not intend for it to be my career but I absolutely fell in love with it. It is very rewarding to be involved with homeownership. You see the joys and achievement it brings to families.
List up to 3 things you enjoy doing on weekends.
On the weekends I enjoy cooking. I love to eat and cooking different cuisines. I also enjoy sailing our Hobie Cat and fishing off the back. I take in a concert any chance I get.

I have over 20 years experience as a lender. I strive to communicate through each step of the process. I have a great attention to detail. I am committed to providing the best mortgage experience for my clients.

Kristy is an Atlanta native and a licensed mortgage loan originator who specializes in new construction. As a mortgage specialist, Kristy is dedicated to providing the most exceptional customer service available for both seasoned and first-time homebuyers. She has over 20 years of experience in assisting buyers in achieving the American dream of home ownership. Kristy is a gold and platinum recipient member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia. She is here to assist you with any questions or guidance needed through the lending process.

I wouldn’t have. I must say that Kristy stands out when It comes to being professional, doesn’t cut any corners and very smart. A very loyal and dedicated worker. All of this being said , the best . Kristy is an exceptional mortgage lender professional. I've purchsed 9 homes in my life and this was by far the easiest and less stressful. Kristy had a mastery of the process and quickly answered any of my questions and always avaialbe to support my executive transfer requirments with Cartus relocation agency. She found the best rate and even though Cartus was pressuring me to go with thier lendors, I felt super confortable with Kristy and her team and stayed with them to the end. I was shocked at the ease we made it through underwritting and I was not overwhelmed with requirments not covered prior to underwritting. I was so impressed with her performance, I plan to refinance one of my homes in GA with her prior to the end of the year.
