Cheryl Cloud is a Cherokee County native with a desire to serve others. With over 37 years in the banking industry, Cheryl brings understanding to each of her transactions. She has vast knowledge in construction lending to help borrowers build their dream homes and loves walking her clients through the mortgage process and supporting them along the way. She is never too busy to reply to an email or a text from one of her customers.

I was considering using an online mortgage lender and I'm really glad I didn't. Cheryl was super responsive when needed, I got a great rate and then dropped to an even lower rate, and she saved me over $3500 when she noticed an error in the final numbers from the attorney's office. I would have never gotten that level of service or attention to detail with an online service. I HIGHLY recommend working with Cheryl and her team. She's been in the business for a really long time and knows how to get things done. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I'm calling Cheryl again!
