This is the second mortgage in a row that I have used Stuart Smith. That in itself should speak volumes. Specifically, the closings were very fast and painless. Stuarts knowledge has a lot to do with this. He can answer all the questions, so you are aware of exactly what you are signing at the closing. He sincerely cares about his clients. You do not often see that in this business. I can call Stuart any time of the day, seven days a week. He always got back to me promptly. I was introduced to Stuart a few years ago by a friend who is the President of very large national home builder. I had asked him if he knew a really great mortgage person. Without any hesitation, he stated, "Stuart Smith....by far the best in the business"! He was correct!!!!!
