Cleveland and the team at bank south mortgage made this stress free and professional. He stayed in contact with our real estate agent and answered all questions quickly. Well, to start off, they immediately came out with a better interest rate out the gate. I was lender shopping and landing a good one! Lemme tell you, Cleveland and team were on it ! Immediatly got me pre approved, interest rate lower than competitors, higher estimations so my mortgage ended up lower than we expected which is better than lies throughout and scaring you with a higher mortgage in the end. I had a loose end that needed to get tied up and they handled that and more so I could land my first home ever! I couldnt give 100 stars so im leaving 5. Go to bank south mortgage. Cleveland's your dude and give them a try for your home buying experience

We were visiting family in Georgia for the winter and decided to look at a few houses. We found our dream home quite unexpectedly and our house was not on the market. I didn’t think we could buy a house with this scenario. Our realtor referred us to Shannon who was able to make it all happen and 2 1/2 weeks later we closed on our house. Where do I start?!? From the very beginning Whitney was absolutely amazing!! After 5 months of looking at homes, putting in offers, losing money and having my credit pulled 3 times, I was ready to give up and pull out. (Jordan from Rocket Mortgage did not make this exciting for me). I was over looking at homes and the whole home buying process. 3 weeks before the unpromised closing date, my beautiful and amazing realtor India from Harry Norman realtors said "No ma'am" and introduced me to Whitney and her team at Bank South. Starting day 1 we hit the ground running. Whitney and her team were nothing but professional, attentive, honest, and most important ready to assist. Long story short. In 3 weeks!!! Nikki however, was always available to answer and questions I had and to explain indepth the parts of the process i did not fully understand. Honestly Joy made my experience so breezy. Of course with home buying you expect some amount of stress but I can say I felt very little stress mainly because Joy and her team made it seamless. Robert is the high octane, high energy performer that I didn’t know I needed. He was available to work with me later in the evening after I got off work. He also worked at a rapid and fast pace with the local (state) agency to apply and qualify for special state programs. Robert’s knowledge, experience and expertise was invaluable to making the whole interaction a smooth transaction. Also being a first time buyer, I relied on that him quite a bit. Overall, I’m grateful to him and my agent for having a great understanding and relationship that made the first time experience as stress free as it can be; would Definitely recommend and use again in the future.
