Working out a loan seemed like another daunting portion of home buying to this first-time buyer, but Corbin and Jay made it a breeze. They were extremely helpful, quickly answering any questions. In the end, I was able to secure a loan at an incredible rate with them. I would highly recommend working with their team.

Jay really went out of his way to see this loan to closing . Impeccable work ethic and take challenges head on . He works hard and don’t give up ! I can’t say enough great things about him . I will most definitely be sending more clients his way !

Jay was great. I am a first time home owner and Jay made sure that I had the BEST deal for my investment. We had to switch the loans twice from FHA to Conventional which I thought was a hassle. But Jay assured me that was normal and he would do his best to insure I had the best loan. I even got a check back at closing !! Thanks Center State for hiring a great Loan Officer.
