Q&A with Cleveland Miller

What accomplishments are you most proud of?

For me it is making it out of my childhood and where I am today. I grew up in a great home but experienced tragedy at a young age. Even though it has shaped me, it didn’t destroy me.

What do you enjoy doing on the weekends?

I am an endurance athlete at heart so running is a big piece of my weekend. I also enjoy escaping to the mountains to explore along with relaxing at home with the family

Who is someone you admire and why?

My wife. She works full time even though she doesn’t have to, she cooks for us every night and is sweet and loving towards our children even in her most stressed out moments.

Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What do you want to be when you grow up? Why?

I wanted to be a police officer because the thought of helping people was really fun. Also the car chases that my grandfather told me about when he was in law enforcement made me want to do that as well.

I chose Cleveland as my lender because of his glowing Google reviews, and I can confirm that he is somehow even better than I expected. Buying a home is an incredibly stressful process, but it never felt this way because of Cleveland’s diligent approach and incredibly positive and infectious attitude. His communication was absolutely top-notch throughout the entire experience, and I truly felt like he was in my corner providing above and beyond service. 10/10, no notes, will absolutely be recommending him to anyone that will listen!

Cleveland is perhaps the most entertaining mortgage lender in the industry. He explained every aspect of the mortgage in a helpful and intuitive way, and always responded to my texts and calls. His dedication and sense of humor made the process of home-buying much less intimidating to a first-time buyer such as myself.

There is something about the way he sells a mortgage that evokes a primal feeling deep down that's hard to put your finger on but leaves you wanting more. I was left with a feeling of profound sadness at the closing due to the realization that I couldn't do the process all over again with Cleveland immediately afterwards. Working with Cleveland is seductive. All this leads to me the realization of a bloodlust for real estate that can only be satisfied by Clevelands mortgage selling process.
