How Do You Know Who is Servicing Your Loan?
Interim Servicing (Short Term/Initial Servicing):
If you’ve recently closed on a loan within the last 60 days and have not received a notice of servicing transfer, your loan is likely in interim servicing.
Long-Term Servicing with BankSouth Mortgage:
If you have received a notice or if your monthly mortgage statements show BankSouth Mortgage, your loan is being serviced by our long-term servicing department.
Servicing by Another Lender:
If you’ve received a notice indicating a transfer to another company (not BankSouth Mortgage) or if your mortgage statements show a company name other than ours, it means we are no longer servicing your account. You will need to follow instructions on your transfer notice or mortgage statements for making payments. The transfer notice and your mortgage statements should contain contact information where you can direct all your questions.
How to Make a Payment
Interim Servicing (Short Term/Initial Servicing)
If you’ve recently closed on a loan within the last 45 days and have not received a notice of servicing transfer, you will use the instructions you received at closing to make your payment. You may mail payments using the address below or utilize your financial institution’s bill pay service, if applicable.

Long-Term Servicing with BankSouth Mortgage
If you have received a notice or if your monthly mortgage statements show BankSouth Mortgage, you can make your payments via this site: https://banksouthmortgage.yourmortgageonline.com. You will register the account by selecting ‘Register’, then enter the loan number, last 4 digits of the primary borrowers social security number and the property’s zip code. Once logged into the account, you may view your loan history, enroll in e-statements, and pay online.

How to Order a Payoff

If you’ve recently closed on a loan within the last 45 days and have not received a notice of servicing transfer, to order a payoff you will contact us at 888-591-5198 or email your request to [email protected].
Long-Term Servicing with BankSouth Mortgage
If you have received a notice or if your monthly mortgage statements show BankSouth Mortgage, you can request a payoff by contacting us at 877-330-4054.
How to Log into Your Mortgage Account
These instructions only apply to loans already closed with BankSouth Mortgage. These do not apply to loans currently in process for a new mortgage.

If you have received a notice or if your monthly mortgage statements show BankSouth Mortgage, you can log into your account via this site: https://banksouthmortgage.yourmortgageonline.com. You will register the account by selecting ‘Register’, then enter the loan number, last 4 digits of the primary borrowers social security number and the property’s zip code. Once logged into the account, you may view your loan history, enroll in e-statements, and pay online.
