Q&A with Craig Holloway

What organizations are you or have been active in throughout your community?

I enjoy solving puzzles in my spare time, and the majority of the mortgages I work on are a unique puzzle. I love the challenge of figuring out where to put all of the pieces to make a client's dream come true. I especially like working with first-time homebuyers. They have such an excitement about getting their first home and the guidance that I provide.

What accomplishments are you most proud of?

The top of my list is my faith and family. The other things would be the unique life that I have lived. I have traveled around the world, been successful in sales, led a top sales team as a branch manager, created and started 4 businesses, and even co-hosted a national television show called “Ultimate Outdoors”.

Why are you different than others in your profession?

I believe in working hard. My focus is not only my success, but also on the success of all of my partners and borrowers. Using my diverse background, I am able to come up with unique marketing events that drive sales for my partners which ultimately contributes to my success.

What do you enjoy doing on weekends?

I enjoy basically anything that is done outdoors. My hobbies include hiking, boating, fishing, and hunting.

Bio of Craig Holloway

Simmons “Craig” Holloway enters the mortgage industry with a vast experience in technology sales. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. Craig’s prior endeavors include starting his own business, Lake Oconee Outfitters, and creating outdoor team building for the Ritz Carlton, along with activities and special entertainment events. He became co-host of a national television show called Ultimate Outdoors with Wayne Pearson. Craig retired early to pursue his outdoor passion but has come back to the work force to help families find their dream homes.
